This Belly Dance DVD contains a series of light stretches and breathing exercises and will help you prepare your mind and body for practice or training. Many dancers want to get to the nitty gritty without delay, they tend to overlook the value of taking the time to warm up. This is wrong!
Doing so puts you at risk of injury (which could keep you from training, but also neglects a major aspect of good training. Let me explain.

Warming up your body and visualizing aspects of your dance and what you want to accomplish during your training will help you get more out of class time. It will reduce any risk of injury and help you focus your effort so that you accomplish what you want to accomplish during class time.
